The National Retail Federation asked for one on December 23.

The head of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts asked for one this morning.

True Cost of Israel's Aid Request

Oddly enough even Israel is asking for more (http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/991252.html).

Sort of funny considering Israel's massively disproportionate response in Gaza. No one should be surprised when deals like Dow's Kuwaiti financing go sour and the other sovereign wealth funds start having second thoughts about bailing us out.
