So we have to wait for Obama's second term

"And we're in not just an economic downturn but one that's accompanied by and occurring at the same time as a financial crisis."

Translation: "We're handing the Obama administration a steaming AND stinking pile!"

Has anyone noticed that Obama is running the show already? I've never seen a president-elect take up the reins so quickly. He's got the cabinet picks and advisory teams, and he's putting their noses to the grindstone.

Waiting for Godot might be more like it

Let's see, the Fed is down about 2T and Treasury another 4T just in the last couple of months, and then you have to figure in the 20 or 30 years of budgetary nonsense, so I wouldn't hold my breath...Just keep in mind Keyenes' famous dictim that in the long run were all dead. Perhaps then, or maybe not, unless all those foreigners eventually catch on to the game and demand justice for their savings that we squandered.
