It is hard to blame Mitt for

It is hard to blame Mitt for taking advantage of the opportunity to lower his taxes. What's awful is that he and his party will do absolutely nothing to change the circumstances, and will work only to insure that low capital gains and tax breaks for the rich continue.

Why would anyone but the 1% (or even but the 0.1%) vote for his kleptocratic party confuses me greatly. The only reason would be that they hate Democratic party policies so much that they'll vote against them! (Blame Democratic spinelessness, craven dumb mainstream media, and Fox.)

Seems to me that the Democratic party should make a manifesto for the next election. And pledge everyone running for their party to campaign on it, and to implement it.
