SNL did a sketch like this years ago. Dana Carvey was doing his Ross Perot and campaigning that if the economy doesn't grow with him as president, you don't pay him a dime. If it grows x%, he gets a billion dollars.....
Sounds like the same thing. Maybe the next budget proposal will come from Mr Show.
